By creating an account or using Staffless ("the Service"), operated by Staffless ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Staffless.
Staffless provides a platform for creating, configuring, and running AI-powered agents. These agents can connect to third-party services (via MCP integrations), execute scheduled tasks, and perform actions on your behalf based on instructions you provide through natural language conversation.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
This is important. Please read carefully.
You are solely and entirely responsible for everything your AI agents do. When you instruct an agent to connect to a third-party service, send messages, modify data, execute code, make API calls, or perform any other action, you are directing that agent to act on your behalf. The agent is your tool. Its actions are your actions.
Staffless is an infrastructure provider. We provide the compute, the AI models, and the platform. We do not pre-approve individual agent actions once configured by you. We may process and review operational telemetry, logs, and message content where necessary for security, abuse prevention, billing, support, and service reliability. We are not a party to any interaction between your agent and any third-party service, and we bear no responsibility for the consequences of those interactions.

You agree to review and test your agent configurations carefully before deploying them, especially for automated scheduled tasks that run without manual approval. You are responsible for ensuring your agent's actions comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.
The Service allows you to connect AI agents to third-party services via MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations. When you provide API keys, tokens, or credentials for third-party services, you grant your agent permission to act on those services using your credentials. Third-party credentials are handled as sensitive data and stored encrypted at rest in our secure control systems and/or isolated workspace runtime, depending on the integration and execution path. Credentials are redacted in user-facing interfaces after save and are not intentionally exposed in plaintext. However, you acknowledge that connecting third-party services carries inherent risk, and you do so at your own discretion.
AI models can produce incorrect, misleading, or inappropriate output. Staffless does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content. You should not rely on agent output for critical decisions without human review. AI-generated content does not represent the views, opinions, or endorsements of Staffless.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we reasonably believe you are violating these terms.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Each plan includes a monthly token allowance. Usage exceeding this allowance is billed as overage at the rate specified on your plan. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
We aim to provide reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, including missed scheduled tasks or delayed agent responses.
You retain ownership of all content, data, and configurations you create within the Service. We retain ownership of the Staffless platform, its code, design, and documentation. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staffless and its officers, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any actions taken by your AI agents.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Staffless in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Staffless from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) any actions performed by your AI agents, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Workspace data may be deleted after termination. Sections 4, 6, 11, 12, and 14 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
